Listen up Athletes‼️ Real quick - What are anti-rotational exercises?
Simply put, they are movements which require you to resist a force that is trying to rotate your trunk. In these examples, that force is this resistance band which is trying to turn my body in all sorts of ways.
These exercises are a MUST for all athletes. I guarantee you will see an increase in athletic performance just by performing these anti-rotational movements on a regular basis.
Explosiveness, agility, balance, coordination, rotational power - this is how you improve those extremely important athletic attributes
