・・・ 🤔Why post workouts if I’m a LIFE & WELLNESS COACH? ⠀ Short answer: Because I hope this post will educate, inspire, and motivate someone to do more with what they have. ⠀ Not as short answer: Without wellness can you really be living a fulfilled life? ⠀ My personal wellness is a pillar of my life, which means it’s a pillar of my daily routine. ⠀
I no longer do personal training, however with every single one of my coaching clients, we always START by establishing some simple daily habits, that begin to create their own daily wellness routine. ⠀ That gives them extremely clear, small, attainable goals to start feeling better, and increasing their daily energy and confidence. ⠀ Once a wellness routine is established, everything else can start to be plugged in around that. ⠀ Too many people do it the other way around. ⠀ Plug a bunch of nonsense into their calendar and then are left trying to “find time” for wellness once all the time is already taken up. ⠀
No no no. You must start with wellness. That’s step one to a happier life! ⠀ This is what I do. I coach people to reach the best level and achieve what they want from life. ⠀ So while some may just see sleeveless shirts and muscles, I hope some of you see THE BLUEPRINT! .
