Keep in mind that it is a little unstable when first learning, so adding the band for cueing is a great modification!

Pushing and Pulling are the perfect combo for training if you are in a pinch.
Making sure you are doing both is so important! Here is a sample you can do while traveling with minimal equipment.
Just bring a long band! Pushing with the band on the upper band, or do on the back or a harder version with push-ups or just do push-ups.
Pulling do bicep curls and high reps. Sample workout: 4 sets 8-12 reps of both exercises I know I will be doing these when I travel!
