⁣⁣1️⃣ Standing Band Rows - 15 reps⁣⁣⁣

2️⃣ Band Pushups - 15 reps⁣⁣⁣

3️⃣ Band Hammer Curls - 15 reps (SLOW)⁣⁣⁣

4️⃣ Band Punches - 15 reps (per arm) ⁣⁣⁣ ⬆️

That’s one full cycle...try to complete 3-4 cycles total!⁣⁣
