Bands, Weights and Fresh air by @lifefit_lorrine

Back at the Gym yet? Maybe you like the fresh air best for your workouts but still want the feel of gym equipment? Love taking my @wodfitters bands with me whenever I’m not in the gym- which has been a few months now. I’ve learned to get more creative and enjoy the summer weather more. Not complaining about the tan that comes along with my workouts🙂 The red and black @wodfitters bands have been my most versatile. Find something sturdy to use as your anchor (tree) looo one band around, the pull another one through it. Swipe left to see a couple examples I’m showing. Banded leg extensions with the band around my ankle, toe pointed out- foot flexed extend out until you feel the glute squeeze. Swipe again to see my other option for banded rows. There are so many options with bands. You can replace the canoe machine for a fraction of the price. They are so light weight and small you can take them anywhere. If you are new to working out and wondering what equipment you might get. I would definitely recommend bands, a set of dumbbells and a stability ball.
