This variation of a TKE exercise continues to emphasize the quadriceps ability to generate force into extension (w/ use of a resistance band), but also challenges the stability of the lower extremity in functional patterns 🚀 . .
TKE exercises are great to introduce into any person warm-up routine. Giving context to the exercise can prove even more valuable as you can begin to further address the health, wellness, and performance of the knee 🙌 . . .
