Glute + Cardio Circuit 💕🔥🍑

4 rounds:
1/4 mile run
20 Banded Hip Thrusts
20 Band Hip Thrust Abduction (hips extended)
20 Band Abduction (hips down)
10 Hip Thrust + Abduction at the top
*minimal/no rest between sets

If you don’t have long loop band for the hip thrusts you can also do this with a barbell or dumbbell on your hips! 🔥🍑
