Good morning exercises(Bending forward) using WODFitters resistance band

Absolutey worth trying!

LOW BACK, HIPS, & HAMSTRINGS Mobility / Strength / Stability This exercise engages the posterior chain (low back musculature, glutes, and hamstring) while challenging the stability for the core and lower leg.

I have a previous hx of an ankle sprain and hamstring strain on my right leg making this an effective warm-up to progress to heel hook movements and delicate feet on the climbing wall.

Give them a try and let me know what you think! Change the speed of the movement or the resistance (bands/weights) to make the exercises sport-specific to your needs/demands!
