Pushing and Pulling are the perfect combo for training if you are in a pinch. Making sure you are doing both is so important!
Here is a sample you can do while traveling with minimal equipment. Just bring a long band!

Pushing with band on upper band do on back or harder version do with push ups or just do push ups.

Pulling do bicep curls and high reps.

Sample workout:

4 sets 8-12 reps of both exercises
