"𝘈𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘏𝘶𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘺. 𝘏𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘺 (see the full workout on her account)⁣⁣ Always hungry, yes. But not for food (ok I love food also). I don’t know if y’all know this, but I freakin love working out. I LOVE challenging myself.

But I also think it’s important to move with a purpose. ⁣⁣ I’ve committed with my gang this month to finish these squats and pushups. The past few days have gotten intense with the amount of squats going on. For me, getting through 260 squats and 64 pushups (today), was almost enough. It also gets monotonous, I can’t lie. ⁣

⁣Find ways to break it up and make it more “fun”. Fun for me = challenging. You can’t change if you don’t challenge. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE! Go get hungry for making yourself better!!! ⁣ ⁣

Today for squats, I split them up into 4 sets of 65. Then I split them up again . x30 challenging, x35 same movement, but bodyweight. Today I threw in a band and ankle weights. ⁣Quads were ON FIRE. (Videos sped up a bit)⁣ ⁣I’m here to help. Ab/core challenge starts 8/1.
