We're going to use some of our WODFitters Wrist Straps to kind of avoid all the pressure that the overhead lifts put on your wrists
We want to make sure the wrist straps are nice. I'm going to do a couple overhead barbell movements just to demonstrate.
1. So we're going to take our barbell. I'm going to start out just a regular push press. Notice how my wrists stay right above my elbows. We're going to step that up just a little bit and throw it into a jerk punch as you shoot and softly bring it back down.
2. Last one, we're going to go into a bent over row alright the wrist stay right under my elbows bringing those elbows nice and high as you squeeze your shoulders back.
