Today I'm going to show you four different exercises you can use your jump rope for warmups.
1.We're going to start with just a regular skip one rotation per hop feet together keeping your arms right at your hip.
2.Next one, We're going to alternate two hops per leg right, right, left, left... we're going to speed that up a little bit.
3.We'll go high knees with the jump rope make sure you're breathing.
4.Your last one is the jumping jack they're going to have your feet in and out pulling them back before you jump over to the middle of your rope.
