For targeted spot I grab this bullet and go usually to the end of a muscle and the start of a muscle and hit those first like say the quads, then go right around the ends.
I'm usually at this for like 10 to 15 seconds and now move back up towards my hip I'll get in there where Kinetics loosen all that up and then once I've done that for like 10-15 seconds.
I'll go over the whole muscle and this thing will really help.
