I'm going to show you a couple great exercises using our Mobility Balls for your lower body to release some tension.
1. First one, I'm going to do is using a ball we're going to loosen up the quads just a little bit so you're going to place that right underneath your quad dropping down to your forearms and you're going to roll back and forth.
2. Second one, we're actually going to stay in that same position and we're going to hold the mobility ball right over your hip flexor the hip flexors get tight if we sit a lot. This is going to release some tension.
3. Last one, we're going to flip it over place the ball on your glute so we're going to roll front to back a little bit of pressure and a little bit of weight on your feet as well.
