I've got a great total body circuit for you and I'm going to perform it all on our WODFitters Cork Mat.
1. First one, we're going to go with alternating side push-ups. Going to step one arm out to the side push-up same thing on the other side.
2. Next one, we're going to go into a plank position kick up. Plank kick through keeping those hips low rotating side to side.
3. Next two exercises are going to be for the legs you've got a lunge pulse 30 seconds on the right leg and we're going to go 30 seconds on the left leg.
4. Last one a little more challenging, we're going to go squat step ups dropping down into a squat step down step up keep that chest up as you stay in keeping those hips low.
