We are doing:

30 seconds work - 10 second rest - repeat 6 times - Rest 30 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.

THE WORKOUT:
•Good Mornings
•Shoulder press
•Bent over row
•Hip bridge
•Lat pulls
•Banded pulls aparts
•Upright row + Front raises + high row
