Menopause hit me hard after an unexpected hysterectomy, and in a matter of weeks I was thrown into a world of menopause symptoms: hot flashes, night sweats, chronic fatigue, and brain fog. After speaking to my OBGYN and understanding more about the risks behind synthetic hormones, I was left with a concerning conclusion: there wasn’t an easy or clear hormone-free solution on the market.
