Because doing thousands of crunches and sit ups can get boring after a while, here’s some ideas for strengthening your abs & core either at the gym on a cable machine or at home with a set of resistance bands!
1️⃣ CABLE CRUNCH
2️⃣ CABLE WOODCHOP
3️⃣ PALLOF PRESS
4️⃣ CABLE REVERSE CRUNCH
For a full workout, aim for 4 sets of 10 reps each in a circuit form to keep those abs fired up!!
