How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping is different for each country.
What shipping method do you use for U.S. orders?
We currently use Fedex, UPS and USPS for our U.S. orders, depending on your location.
How long until I receive my package?
For U.S. orders, you should expect to receive your package within 6-10 business days of placing your order (but often sooner). Your order might ship in several installments, depending on which warehouse it ships from.
Do the shipping packages state the contents?
No, all of our products are shipped in unmarked packaging.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be excited about your new purchase. If you need to return an item, we are here to help. Below are a few noteworthy points to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from WODFitters.com
Standard Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days from date you received your order. If your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 20% will apply. WODFitters does not cover shipping costs for returns. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
Once our team receives and inspects your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. An email confirmation will be sent to the address associated with your order, detailing the amount refunded. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
Do you offer free product samples?
We do not offer free product samples but we will frequently have contests where you can win free products from us. You can stay up to date on our current contests by joining our mailing list and following us on Facebook.
Do you sell your products in any retail locations?
We currently only offer our products on Amazon and wodfitters.com. We are currently in talks with some large retailers and will keep you updated of any new stores that carry our products.

Where are your products made?
Some of our products are manufactured in the United States, while others are imported from China, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
How do I cancel my order?
We will only be able to cancel your order if we haven't shipped it yet. If you would like to cancel your order, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and "Cancel Order" as the subject line.
Can I make changes to an order?
If you would like to change the contents of your order, we recommend cancelling your original order and re-ordering. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can send an e-mail to email@example.com with "Cancel Order" as the subject line and include your order # in the body of the e-mail. If we have already shipped your order, we recommend placing an additional order.
Do you take orders over the phone?
Yes, we offer live customer support, and can accept orders as well.
How does your Lifetime Warranty work?
If you encounter any issues with our products due to manufacturing defects, we will exchange your product free of charge. This warranty excludes:
a. Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
b. Units subjected to unauthorized repair;
c. Units not used in accordance with WODFitters care instructions;
d. Damage exceeding the cost of the product;
e. Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises, and
f. Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
WODFitters is not responsible for lost items proven delivered with proof of delivery provided by Fedex, UPS, USPS or DHL.
I ordered my product on Amazon and would like a refund on my purchase. How do I do that?
To receive a refund on Amazon, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with "Amazon Refund" in the subject line and your Amazon order id # in the body of the e-mail and we will expedite your refund right away.
