SQUAT HEALTH - MOBILITY DEMANDS🚨 - 🦖When squatting, there are certain mobility demands it places on the body.
We want to make sure that each joint is working optimally or to the best of its ability.
This is where understanding the body as a kinetic-chain⛓comes into play. If motion is lacking at one joint, an adjacent joint may be stressed leading to injury.
But, also lacking motion at one joint can lead to stress at that specific joint.
