My coach told me to work in some pulls. No sweat!
Three progressions -
1) Quadrupled banded pull
2) Elevated banded plank pull
3) TRX pull w/ elevated feet
For the banded pulls I did the kneeling in Arnold fashion - full hand rotation - to enhance my jerk performance. For the elevated I went with straight pulls to not fall on my ass. TRX pulls were done with my feet on a bench to extend the range.
