"Is there such a thing as too many workout toys?
Probably haha. But here are a few I sometimes use and the reasons why:
1️⃣the barbell is my favorite piece of equipment and the back squat is the undisputed king of leg exercises
2️⃣the chains add variable resistance because the load lightens as you lower and increases again as you press upward
3️⃣the hip circle requires your body to preform an abduction movement as you squat so the knees don’t cave inward
4️⃣the bfr bands increase blood in the working muscles
5️⃣the heavy resistance band around the waist forces core stabilization and requires the hips to forcefully drive upward "
