Ok there’s 11 exercises here, so pick 10 and do 100 reps of each. Split it up into 5x20 or 4x25. Throw in some HIIT or Tabata after each set. Full body. I promise you’ll feel it.

I’m really big on training with a purpose and working towards specific goals. All of these mimic actual workouts you’d do at the gym w cables or free weights.
