@bodybycain - Glute and Hamstring Monster Band Exercise! Ok guys here’s my in home exercise of the day incorporating only a monster resistance band. (Check @wodfitters for bands).
This move is a n advanced take on the traditional reverse lunge where the band applies extra resistance to the hip pulling it back and creating higher tension on the Glute and Hamstring.
This is a move your going to want to vary rep wise based on what strength of band you have.
Here I’m working with the light red band in the 20-30 rep range per leg for crazy volume and pump.
