Looped Resistance Band Exercises for Women

To say that a couple of rubber bands (in essence) can be the MVP’s in someone’s equipment arsenal does seem a little strange considering the plethora of fitness gadgets and expensive machines available on the market today. However, a good set of looped resistance bands are truly all you need to take your exercise routine to the next level and to build the body of your dreams.

Now, I’m not knocking dumbbells, kettle bells, or other various free-weight based devices.  They are all great workout tools, but the results you can achieve by integrating resistance bands into your workouts alongside some of these traditional tools are simply unattainable otherwise. Numerous scientific studies have concluded this sentiment, and countless fitness professionals all over the world have embraced this methodology.

One such professional is our good friend Ariel Hendricks. In case you missed our earlier post with Ariel, she is a NASM certified personal trainer at Super FIIT X in Upstate New York. We were lucky enough to have Ariel demonstrate some of her favorite ways she incorporates bands into her workout routine with our Women's Bandelicious Heavy-Duty Resistance Band Set
