Having fun changing up training and adding more velocity
The last few weeks I have spent a lot of my effort on developing max strength in the pulling position as well as max strength of my finger flexors on the hangboard.
With progress made and gradually beginning to plateau, it was time to shift gears and implement new strategies on the hangboard to express strength with power output.
