For me….ALL OF THE ABOVE. I have to make sure I stay on top of exercises like:

Scapular pushing & Wall slides (shown in video) Doing these 2-3x a week is SO helpful.

Do 2-3 sets 15-20 reps for each and tell me your upper back doesn’t feel better! Share, or tag a friend that needs some upper back health love.
