Resistance bands or cables only! Resistance bands can be used at home to mimic cable exercises performed at the gym. They are a great piece of equipment to have for at home workouts.
I would recommend having a few bands with varying tension levels. I have 3 bands which range from 5-75lbs. Here’s a few ideas on how to use them to hit all parts of your shoulders.
For a full shoulder workout, keep the reps higher, about 10-15 reps, for 3-4 sets. 🔘 Shoulder Press 🔘 Single Arm Lateral Raises 🔘 Front Raises 🔘 Face Pulls
